COULD I CLOCK THE FREESPOOL T-HANDLEPOSITION IN YOUR WINCH?

For all our DV and Seal series winches, you can always clock the freespool T-handle to the position you need.

Cap9.0s, DV-9 and DV-12light: 9 equally positioned pin holes ensure seamless clutch transmission and make it easily rotate by 40° increments

DV-12, 15 & 18: 10 equally positioned pin holes ensure seamless clutch transmission and make it easily rotate by 36° increments.

Seal Gen2 9.5 and 12.5: 16 equally positioned pin holes ensure seamless clutch transmission and make it easily rotate by 22.5° increments.(revised 2022/05/10)

The gear box can be clocked for repositioning of the freespool T-handle for following procedure.
1). Loosen the bolts on the brake cover and separate brake clutch base and brake rear cover.
2). Pull and turn the T-handle counter-clockwise to the “Disengaged” position.
3). Turn the gearbox counter-clockwise or clockwise to the required position.
4). Assembly the brake clutch base and pull and turn T-handle to the “Engaged” position.
