1964 UNIMOG 404.1 VEHICLE BUILD BY DAVID ADAM ROTH
The original plan was simple. Purchase a Unimog and find a place to alongside PCH to park it. Although I originally was looking for an old Jeep to restore, the fates would align that I’d come across a lonely Unimog in Huntington Beach on Craigslist. Little did I know that at that point, that I’d be building out and restoring an incredible overlanding machine. I like to say that, “She’ll go over anything….just not very fast.”
My intention is to keep the original 1964 Unimog mechanics, but work on updating therest of her to make her as capable as any modern rig out there.
